Our in-person training program equips staff with essential skills to maximise appointment bookings, confidently offer upgrades & effectively manage cancellations & rescheduling, all aimed at boosting revenue & enhancing client satisfaction.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly require 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur the full cost of the booked service. Thank you for understanding & respecting our time. Initial consultations start off at $110/hr, initial 60min payment will be required upfront via EFT, remaining payment will be invoiced after consultation completion.
