After an initial consultation, we craft a tailored training program that meets your unique business needs. We present this plan for your feedback, making any necessary changes before delivering in-person training to ensure your team excels in exceptional customer service!
Cancellation Policy
We kindly require 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur the full cost of the booked service. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time. Initial consultations start off at $110/hr, initial 60min payment will be required upfront via EFT, remaining payment will be invoiced after consultation completion.
