At Customer Ready, we kick off with an initial consultation to understand your unique business needs, whether you're aiming to maximize bookings or enhance your team's customer service & confidence. Our tailored training programs are designed to elevate customer care in the beauty & wellness industry, ensuring your staff shine at the front of house, "Because Every 'Hello' Matters" Initial consultations start off at $110/hr, initial 60min payment will be required upfront via EFT, remaining payment will be invoiced after consultation completion.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly require 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur the full cost of the booked service. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time. Initial consultations start off at $110/hr, initial 60min payment will be required upfront via EFT, remaining payment will be invoiced after consultation completion.
